The Great PhotoShoot starts at 9:00 a.m. for models, and 10:00 a.m. for photographers and will end at 6:00 p.m. for everyone.

Four rotations between studios are scheduled during the day. This allows for all participants to try all the different shooting stations that are available, and to meet the most people possible.

Remember, the goal of this event is not only to take studio photos and to experiment with different techniques and lighting situations, but also to meet and create a network of contacts among the participants.

After each rotation, there will be a 15 minute briefing to summarize, answer questions and review how the activity is going.

10:30 a.m. Initial briefing : Instructions on how the day will proceed followed by questions and answers.

10:45 a.m. Beginning of first rotation
Everyone separates into sub-groups as indicated on their schedule

12:15 p.m. Lunch.
Lunch is provided for all participants.
Observers must pay $10 unless they made a donation of $35 or more

1:00 p.m. Beginning of second rotation
Sub-groups move as indicated on their schedule

2:30 p.m. Briefing and feedback
Door Prizes

2:45 p.m. Beginning of third rotation
Sub-groups move as indicated on their schedule

4:15 p.m. Group Photo

4:30 p.m. Beginning of 4th rotation
Sub-groups move as indicated on their schedule

6:00 p.m. Dinner
You can join us on the pizza order for an additional 10$ (cash only). The dinner is not mandatory but is a good time for relaxing and debriefing with other participants.
